PowerPoint 2007 includes both offline help, in the form of a searchable database of information, and online help that takes you to a Microsoft Web site. Learning how to use PowerPoint Help will enable you to solve small problems that you run into and delve deeper into PowerPoint features.
Use Help
Click the Help button to display the Microsoft Office PowerPoint Help window.
Choose the kind of help you want to search.
Click the Show Table Of Contents button for a list of offline help topics.
Click Home to go to the main listing of topics at any time.
Click the Print button to print the currently displayed topic.
Caution
If you want to keep the window available as you work in your document, click the Keep On Top button in the Help window before clicking within the document.
Tip
Often Help search results will include links to other information. These links appear in blue. Click on one, and you are taken to a Web page or other document where you can find related or additional information.
