Appendix 3: Risk evaluation templates

The following are suggested for use in recording and tracking project risks. However, they may need to be modified to suit the project and contractual arrangements.

• The forms are used during design development and circulated between consultants to ensure that key risks are identified, discussed and resolved. This may be by revising the design or by adopting controls and special measures.
• The progress is summarised in the summary template.
• The concluding information is issued to the construction team.

• The drawn information is probably the most important and should be clear, accurate and concise.
