1. Passion and Aspiration

What excites and invigorates you about your work?

What do you so love doing that you would do it if no one were watching? When things are challenging, what do you still love returning to in your work?

Have you identified how to leverage that passion for yourself, your team, and your organization to drive business results?

2. A Connection to Meaning, Contribution, and Leaving a Footprint

What is the impact of what you do in your work? Consider all aspects of your leadership role and its ripple-out effect. Where do you most derive satisfaction? Do you spend enough time there?

Do you regularly connect your team members to the impact of their work and give context and meaning to their contributions, particularly when things are challenging?

Is the mission and vision of your organization lived, breathed, and believed throughout your organization? Does the execution in your organization meet its guiding principles?

3. Support and Someone to Hold the Vision

Do you have someone who holds the vision of your excellence and aspiration, who encourages you to be better and wants to see you fly?

Do you have support for when things get challenging? Where you can let your guard down?

How do you seek to preserve, sustain, and protect your own inspiration so that you can continue to inspire others on your team and in your organization?
