The numbers now reflect the 2007 year only, when the Touring-1000 Promotion was active; we lost sales data of 2005, 2006, and 2008.
To solve this error, we need to set Join Type to Outer in the Sum SalesAmount from FactResellerSales metric (or both the metrics if you prefer), see screen capture:
