Todd Kutzke

Todd Kutzke manages the Application Consulting and Engineering (ACE) Team at Microsoft. When Todd isn’t writing about performance-testing Web applications, he can usually be found hanging from a rock or sailing somewhere in the Pacific Northwest. Before coming to Microsoft, Todd worked at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Consultant and ABN-AMRO Bank as a financial analyst.

William Eric Morris

William Eric Morris performance-tests Web-based applications for the Microsoft ACE Team. Eric began his professional career in the telecommunications industry and has a passion for technology and gadgets, and a general curiosity about how things work. He has held many titles and performed many roles at various companies, from Fortune 500s to Internet start-ups, including network technical engineer, Web developer, server administrator, Webmaster, consultant, and performance analyst. Ultimately, he considers himself a creative problem solver. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. Steve Lee

Steve Lee, MCDBA, MCSD, MCSE, and CCNA, is a database administrator for the Microsoft MSN group. He focuses on performance tuning and capacity modeling.

Brian D’Mello

Brian D’Mello is a member of the Microsoft ACE Team and does Web performance testing for Microsoft groups. He has held several positions in software testing and support at various companies, and is interested in Web programming and SQL development technologies.

Khiaw Meng (K.M.) Lee

Khiaw Meng (K.M.) Lee is a performance analyst for Microsoft. He holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University. He enjoys swimming, kayaking, movies, and stamp collecting.

Nicolaas F. Jansen

Nicolaas F. Jansen is a performance analyst at Microsoft on the Microsoft ACE Team, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. When not occupied with performance analysis, Nicolaas enjoys fly-fishing the abundant waters of the Pacific Northwest.

John Hopkins

John Hopkins is a senior performance analyst on the Microsoft ACE Team, and has several years of stress and performance testing experience. John enjoys camping and fishing with friends and family in the great outdoors of the Northwest.

Irfan A. Chaudhry

Irfan A. Chaudhry is a program manager on the Microsoft ACE Team. He is interested in performance analysis and application security. Irfan has been a contributing author to three other books: MCSE Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Administration Readiness Review Exam 70-228 (Microsoft Press, 2001) Microsoft Windows 2000 Performance Tuning Technical Reference (Microsoft Press, 2000), and Peter Norton’s Complete Guide to Microsoft Windows 2000 Server (Sams, 2000).
