Q. McCallum holds 20 years’ experience applying data and technology to business problems across a variety of industry verticals and company sizes. He works as a consultant, writer, and advisor, with a focus on leadership matters in data and technology: strategy, monetization, and ethics. His published work includes Business Models for the Data Economy, Parallel R: Data Analysis in the Distributed World, and Bad Data Handbook: Mapping the World of Data Problems.

Ken Gleason’s technology career spans more than 20 years, including real-time trading system software architecture and development and retail financial services application design. He has spent the last 10 years in the data-driven field of electronic trading, where he has managed product development and high-frequency trading strategies. Ken holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from Northwestern University.
