Arun Singhal PE, MBA, PMP, is an experienced project management practitioner with 30 years of extensive project execution experience on technically complex and large-value (several billion dollars) infrastructure projects worldwide. He acquired this experience with global corporate and government leaders such as the U.S. Department of Energy (DoE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Bechtel Corporation, Lucent Technologies, Black & Veatch Engineers, and through joint venture partners such as Condotte (Italy), Enka (Turkey), Reliance Industries (India), General Electric (USA), and Enron (USA).

Mr. Singhal has implemented projects in many parts of the world, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India, USA, Canada, Australia, and Argentina. Types of infrastructure projects include nuclear and fossil power plants, metro rail, industrial LNG seaport, voice and data telecommunication networks, iron-ore mining, aluminum smelters, coal gasification, and LNG liquefaction.

He has conducted project management training for more than a thousand senior managers around the world, particularly in India, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and Oman, in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Management (IIM, Indore). He has also directed many corporate in-house senior management training programs on risk management, earned value management, and contract management.

Mr. Singhal holds a bachelor of science degree and a master's degree in mechanical engineering from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C., and a master's degree in business administration in finance from The University of Kansas, Lawrence. He is an active member of the Project Management Institute and is a Project Management Professional (PMP)^® certification holder. He is also a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Virginia and is a certified Six Sigma yellow belt.

Puja Bhatt, MBA, PMP, has more than 14 years of federal consulting experience in providing strategic planning, business transformation, and program and project management services to multiple U.S. government agencies. She has worked with several multinational and management consulting firms such as GE, IBM, REI Systems, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Ms. Bhatt's change management engagements have leveraged her expertise in assessing and deploying digital solutions for clients such as the Veterans Affairs (VA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), General Services Administration (GSA), Department of Education (ED), Department of Justice (DoJ), and United States Postal Service (USPS).

Ms. Bhatt completed her bachelor of science degree and master's degree in business administration, with a specialization in strategy and operations research, at the Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. She is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a Project Management Professional (PMP)^® certification holder.
