Bill Treasurer is founder and chief encouragement officer (CEO) of Giant Leap Consulting, a courage-building training consulting firm. Treasurer is the author of Courage Goes to Work, an internationally best-selling book that introduces the new organizational development practice of courage building. He is also the author of the world’s first off-the-shelf courage training program, Courageous Leadership: A Program for Using Courage to Transform the Workplace. Bill’s first book, Right Risk, helps readers take smart and calculated risks. The book, which received endorsements from leadership gurus Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard, draws from Bill’s experiences as a leadership development consultant and a former captain of the U.S. High Diving Team. Prior to founding Giant Leap Consulting, Bill was an executive in the change management and human performance practice at Accenture, a $35 billion management consulting firm. Bill became the first full-time internal executive coach at Accenture, where he coached senior executives to become more courageous leaders.

Bill holds a master of science degree from the University of Wisconsin and attended West Virginia University on a full scholarship.
