O’Reilly Network

While their obvious anti-Microsoft bias can sometimes detract from the content, O’Reilly is irrefutably one of the most important providers of information on information technology. The site is not focused only on Web design, but they do focus on the topic often. The URL is www.oreillynet.com.

World Wide Web Consortium

The W3C Web site is required reading for anyone involved in Web design. You can find them at www.w3.org.

The official ASP.NET Web site (appropriately located at www.asp.net) is the best place to get information on ASP.NET straight from the horse’s mouth. Many members of the ASP.NET product group use it as a conduit for information on emerging ASP.NET technologies as well.
