In this part . . .
Vectors are a huge part of statics, so in this part, I explore the basics of vector mechanics by showing you how to depict a vector and explaining a vector's basic properties. I also show you how to actually create a vector based on position data, and then I demonstrate how you can use this information to create additional vectors. I illustrate how you can combine multiple vectors into a single resultant vector, as well as break a single vector into smaller pieces. As if all that weren't enough, I also give you the lowdown on basic vector mathematics.
