When you select a control, the Properties window allows you to view and edit the control’s properties. For Boolean properties, the Properties window displays a box that you can check or uncheck to indicate whether the property’s value should be True or False.
For many other properties, you can simply click the property and type a new value for the control in a text box.
Still other properties provide custom editors to make it easier to set their values. For example, the Fill property is a brush that determines how the background of a control is filled. The Properties window provides a brush editor that lets you define the brush fairly easily.
