ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Tracy E. Patterson is director of the Center for Creative Leadership’s Evaluation Center, which supports CCL by expanding knowledge, methods, and approaches related to the evaluation of leadership development. She holds a master’s degree in public policy from Duke University.

Sarah Stawiski is a senior research associate at the Center for Creative Leadership. She specializes in designing and conducting evaluations of programs focused on developing individual leaders and improving organizations’ collective leadership capabilities. She holds a Ph.D. in social psychology from Loyola University Chicago.

Kelly M. Hannum is president of Aligned Impact LLC and an adjunct staff member for the Center for Creative Leadership. She holds a Ph.D. in educational research, measurement, and evaluation from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Heather Champion is manager of Client Evaluation Services at the Center for Creative Leadership. She works with a range of global clients and partners to design and conduct customized evaluations to assess the impact of CCL leadership solutions, programs, products, and services. She holds a Ph.D. in developmental psychology from North Carolina State University,

Holly Downs is a senior evaluation faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership and is the principal investigator for CCL’s Virtual Leadership Learning Project. Her experience in research and evaluation has emphasized studying programs delivered in traditional, hybrid, and digital learning environments to myriad audiences. She holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
