Summary

Product success depends on so many factors. The insights we get from tracking, measuring, and reviewing quantitative and qualitative metrics, through formal and informal channels, must help us to make informed decisions about our product strategy. This can help us to position our product better in terms of pricing and brand value. It can also help us to identify new opportunities too. Product feedback can be an important lever that drives the investment in Key Business Outcomes for the Impact Driven Product.

In this chapter, we completed an end-to-end lifecycle for a new feature idea. We measured product value from a customer’s perspective. In the next chapter, we can deep dive into measuring short-term and long term product performance in terms of investments we made in Key Business Outcomes.
