In this chapter, we discovered that product teams must evaluate what process wastes are consuming their time and taking them away from delivering impact. Our focus must always be on delivering impact and we need to optimize our processes in a way that's best suited to meeting internal and external constraints. After all, there is no value in following processes and best practices and delivering a product that creates no impact for the business or for the customer.
