Tom Critchlow worked for online marketing agency Distilled for five years, helping to grow the company as it spread across the pond from London to Seattle, and then to New York. In 2012, he left Distilled to join Google working for the Creative Lab, a small startup-like marketing group working across all Google products. Will Critchlow founded Distilled with Duncan Morris in 2005. Since then, he has consulted with some of the world's largest organizations and most famous websites, spoken at most major industry events, and regularly appeared in local and national press.
