In Part 3 we covered a variety of topics that are primarily useful in—although not exclusive to—the earlier design phases of a project. As you continue to develop your designs, there will be an increased specificity to the elements required in the building information model. You will need to expand your knowledge of the fundamental components of a building model, including walls, floors, roofs, stairs, and railings. In addition, you will likely be required to understand and create your own families. This part will dig deep into the rich, component-building skills necessary for mastering Autodesk® Revit® Architecture software.
