  • You have the flexibility to adjust the schedule as needed to accommodate PI Planning. We strongly encourage you to keep the schedule as close as possible and the associated timeboxes for each activity.
  • We have seen success with combined Architecture and Product Vision presentations showing how they correspond and correlate with each other.
  • Remind and encourage teams to take regular breaks during the breakout sessions.
