New VSAM Options for the FILE and INFILE Statements

• RLS | NORLS option specifies record-level sharing (RLS) to open an RLS-eligible data set.
• RLSREAD option enables you to specify the level of read integrity required for an RLS-eligible data set (INFILE only).
