Choosing a network adapter based on your performance requirement can be done in two ways. One is when you are creating a VM and the other is by using Edit Settings of the existing VM.
- Open up vSphere Client and log in to the vCenter Server.
- In the Home screen, select any ESXi Server, go to File, and select New Virtual Machine.
- Now, after selecting the other entire configuration, go to the Network section.
- Here, select the type of Network Adapter you want and choose which Network Portgroup you want to connect it to:
- Finish the other configuration and select Finish.
