Rob Williams is a chartered occupational psychologist with over twenty years’ experience in the design and delivery of ability tests. Having worked for several of the UK’s leading test publishers, he has written many numerical reasoning tests and presented his research at home and abroad. His company, Rob Williams Assessment Ltd have designed dozens of ability and personality tests, as well as situational judgment tests (SJTs). Rob specialises in leading test development projects which over the last few years have included tests for European Union employees, for the military and for one of the biggest banks in the United States. When he’s not working, Rob enjoys spending time with his two young daughters, going to the cinema and playing tennis.
