About the Author

Sara Moulton Reger began the journey of writing Can Two Rights Make a Wrong? as the practice executive responsible for IBM’s Organization Design and Change Management practice. From this leadership position in Strategy and Change Consulting, she was asked to help lead the “people” workstreams for integrating the Pricewaterhouse-Coopers Consulting acquisition beginning in mid-2002. After completing the integration work, she was asked to join IBM’s Almaden Services Research group as one of the first consulting subject matter experts to do a rotation within IBM Research. Her charter has been to hone the integration experiences, develop and publish other thought leadership (her secondary area of focus is the concept of Needless Complexity), and help initiate IBM’s new services sciences management and engineering research area. During her time in Research, she has helped a number of IBM clients and internal organizations adopt the learnings reflected in this book.

Sara has been a management consultant since 1988, specializing in business transformation, organizational change, culture transformation, and governance both at IBM and other leading consulting firms. Sara is a Certified Management Accountant, and before becoming a consultant, she held financial leadership roles. She also received the Certified Level III Organizational Change Management expert designation from Ernst & Young in 1993.
