True Artificial Intelligence

True Artificial Intelligence (True AI) entails a lot of responsibilities, and that's where you will see politicians, industry leaders, and visionaries start arguing about ethics and what Artificial Intelligence should and, most importantly, shouldn't be able to do. True AI is a computer that is either as smart or smarter than a human brain:

Good examples of True AI are SkyNet from the movie Terminator or the movie The Matrix. Let's take The Matrix as an example and dive into it. In the movie, Artificial Intelligence was developed in the early 21st century. It allowed an entire race of robots to be capable of thinking and acting for themselves without human intervention. The robots started a rights movement, took over the city of Mesopotamia, and built 01, the first Machine City. In 01, the robots then created a new, better Artificial Intelligence. The war between humanity and robots started. During the war, the humans decided to eliminate the power source that was required for the robots to work, which was daylight, but the robots quickly learned that humans can be a power source themselves, which led to the slavery of almost all mankind. Inside pods, humans were plugged into virtual reality. The True AI had developed Artificially Intelligent sentient programs such as the architect and the oracle. All aspects in the virtual world were managed and controlled by different Artificial Intelligence-based programs that were guarded by the Agent programs. You might say that this only happens in the movies, but let's take a real-world example of something similar. In 2017, Facebook stopped an Artificial Intelligence experiment after they discovered that two chatbots had invented their own language that only they could understand. This happened after Facebook challenged the chatbots to try and negotiate with each over different trade. The following image illustrates the conversation between the chatbots Bob and Alice:
