About the Authors
Anil Passi, Oracle ACE, is the founder of www.apps2fusion.com, which helps customers with Oracle training and implementation. Anil has been helping various companies implement a Finance in a Box model on Oracle’s cloud, using the implementation accelerators developed in the apps2fusion innovation lab, which includes a data integration hub, EBS, Fusion Financials, and Hyperion suite glued together by Fusion Middleware.
Nivas Ramanathan is an independent Oracle Consultant specializing in the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Applications. He started his career with Oracle Corporation and has been advising clients in Oracle technology for the past 15 years. He has successfully delivered many challenging finance transformation and Enterprise Resource Planning projects in EMEA, APAC, and the North American region in the capacity of Solution Architect and Delivery Lead. He holds an MBA in Finance and Business Strategy from the prestigious Imperial Business School in London. He also runs a boutique consulting firm, Bluebells Technology Solutions based in London, which provides expert advice to listed companies and major consulting firms’ clients for running optimized Enterprise Resource Planning solutions in the cloud that work seamlessly with existing IT ecosystems.
Vladimir Ajvaz is an Oracle expert and has been working with the Oracle E-Business Suite and, more recently, Oracle Fusion Applications for the past 15+ years. He coauthored Oracle E-Business Suite Development & Extensibility Handbook and Oracle Fusion Applications Development and Extensibility Handbook, which were published by McGraw-Hill Education (Oracle Press). Vladimir worked at Oracle Corporation for many years and was fortunate enough to work on some of Oracle’s best teams across the globe, where he gained in-depth knowledge of Oracle technologies. Today, he provides independent advice and consulting services to companies around the globe in the areas of enterprise, solution, and technical architecture, but he also inspires and participates in the development, creation, and design of new enterprise-class products and services.

Nicola Orme received a MEng (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering from UMIST University in 1999 and gained her ACA Qualification in 2002 while working at PwC. She is now a Fellow of the ICAEW. Nicola has worked for a number of large financial services institutions (including a number of global banks), principally in the technology space, for more than 10 years and is currently a program director working on the integration of two large insurance companies. This is her first involvement in a technical publication, and all proceeds received will be going to a charity based in West Yorkshire (http://www.kirkwoodhospice.co.uk), where she was born in 1975.
