Unit 4: Leading Others focuses on leading through empathy, compassion, listening, and supportive management that avoids micromanagement.

This unit is the culmination of all of the preceding exercises. You will learn to behave and communicate to attract others to your teams and then to inspire them to find meaning, value, importance, and purpose in their work. They will want to work effectively, produce quality, feel ownership, and thank you for it.
