Sometimes words aren’t enough. To get your message across, you need to describe it visually. You need to show your audience exactly what you mean. Simply put, you need a Microsoft Office Visio 2007 diagram. Whether you are using Microsoft Office Word 2007, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, Microsoft Office Excel 2007, or even e-mail, you can embed an Office Visio 2007 diagram in your file. Visio 2007 is designed to integrate seamlessly with other Microsoft Office programs. Visio 2007 diagrams and shapes can be displayed in other documents in a variety of ways, and information from other programs can be displayed in Visio 2007 as well.

Being part of the Microsoft Office System, Visio 2007 has many of the same tools as Word 2007, Excel 2007, and PowerPoint 2007 for sharing information. As an example, you can use object linking and embedding (OLE) to place information from one application in another. Also, you can save Visio 2007 diagrams in alternative file formats, including Web-compatible graphics formats like GIF and JPEG, and e-mail Visio 2007 drawings right from your Visio toolbar. Visio 2007 diagrams can even be previewed from inside Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. Not only can Visio 2007 data be put into other applications, but you can pull all kinds of graphics or text information into Visio 2007 drawings.
