Many organizations may not see social networking as a core feature of the OBA, so hopefully this chapter has relayed the importance of integrating SharePoint’s social networking features (and indeed external social networking sites) into your OBA solution. Remember that people today are constantly looking for more information, and they will search through many different mechanisms to find that information.
