It is required that the MiniEdit preferences are always set before the network topology is started. To access it, go to the Edit tab and then click on Preferences. In the Preference tab, we have the option of selecting various parameters for the simulation. Attention should be paid to IP Base, Default Switch, and the OpenFlow version that should be used.
