ROSEBERRY SMOOTHIE

TIME: 3 MINUTES

MAKES: 2–3 CUPS (570-810ML)

SERVES: 2

A floral and sweet berry smoothie that will delight your senses—with no added sugar or other sweetener. The cooling properties of rose water paired with CBD make a soothing, refreshing beverage.


1–2 cups (240–480ml) almond milk

2 cups (500g) mixed frozen berries such as strawberry, blueberry, or raspberry

1 tbsp (15ml) culinary rose water

2 servings of CBD oil, but no more than 1 tsp (5ml) total

2 tsp (10ml) orange juice or 1 tsp (5ml) lemon juice

rose petals, to garnish

fresh raspberries, to garnish

1. Place all ingredients, except garnishes, in a blender, starting with 1 cup (240ml) almond milk. Blend on high for 2 minutes or more to create a smooth and creamy beverage, adding additional almond milk as needed to achieve your desired consistency.

2. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh or dried rose petals and a few fresh raspberries before serving.
