[1] We use these organizational initials throughout Section I, “The Basics,” and do not want you to get lost in them! PwCC is the consulting organization IBM purchased. BIS is the consulting business unit that existed within IBM before the PwCC acquisition. BCS—Business Consulting Services—is the current integrated consulting business unit.
