Navigating the Seven Cs

Part 2 takes you forward on a journey following the Seven Cs Coaching Map. Each chapter introduces concrete tools you can apply immediately as you consider your own opportunities with colleagues and clients. As you read about context and purpose, assess your own circumstances. How would you describe your organization’s coaching culture? What role do data play for you and how might you incorporate the information about data to strengthen your workplace? Consider the approach to planning and committing to action and identify content that can support your own work. You will find many examples demonstrating sample language and options in situations that will undoubtedly sound familiar to you. Follow the map. You will become more conversant with coaching language and you will find a wide range of substantive content as you move closer toward your destination of a coaching culture.
