You might want to create a child zone for the zone you have created in Azure DNS and delegate that sub domain.
Doing so is not a different process, you only need to retrieve the name servers of the child zone and add them to the parent zone.
For a step-by-step guide, you need to perform the following steps:
- Create a child DNS zone, as shown in the following screenshot:

- Once the zone is created, navigate to it and copy the name servers of the child zone, as shown in the following screenshot:

- Navigate to the parent zone and create a new record set adding the name servers' records of the child domain, as shown in the following screenshot:

- Once you have clicked on OK, it will take a moment to add the record set, and you should see the new record set of the child added, as shown in the following screenshot:
