This type of endpoint combines more than one Traffic Manager profile with different routing methods for the environment that requires a complicated traffic routing. Perform the following steps and you will learn how to add nested endpoint:

1. Navigate to the Traffic Manager profile
2. Under SETTINGS, click on Endpoints; a new blade will open
3. Click on Add to add the endpoint, and a new blade will open asking you to specify the following:
   • Type: Here, select Nested endpoint from the drop-down list
   • Name: Here, specify a name for the endpoint
   • Target resource: Here, select the Traffic Manager profile you want it to be nested with
   • Location: Here, specify the location of the endpoint
   • Minimal child endpoints: This is the minimum number of the endpoints for the nested Traffic Manager profile to be able to receive traffic from the parent profile

4. Click on OK, and the endpoint will be added within a minute
