One of the features that makes Jenkins so popular is its plugin capability. AWS released a number of plugins to integrate different services to Jenkins. We are going to use the one created for CodePipeline. This will first require us to change the IAM profile role of the instance so that the instance can interact with CodePipeline. We will then install the CodePipeline plugin in Jenkins and create a job to run our test and finally edit our pipeline to integrate that new stage.
