a = 2 points

b = 1 point

c = 0 points

The highest possible score is 24 points, and the lowest 0. The closer the score comes to 24 points, the better your manager’s feedback.

PERSPECTIVE CHECK: Note that most people rate themselves higher than they rate their managers; thus it is a statistical probability that you rated yourself higher than your employees would. This is a fact worth keeping in mind.
