Azure Active Directory offers other services that can help you increase security.

Other service such as conditional access or privileged identity management can help us increase security and prevent unauthorized access. We can use audit logs and risky sign-ins to review who tried to access services and data and when. There are extensive Azure Active Directory logs that can be used for audits as well. Most of these features come with AAD Premium and aren't available with a basic or free license.
