The Overview dashboard in the Azure Security Center blade provides an instant summary of the security status of your Azure and non-Azure workloads, enabling you to discover and assess the security of your workloads and to identify and mitigate risks. We can see different metrics that allow us to instantly identify any security risks and see recommendations on what needs to be improved in our subscription based on best practices. Azure Security Center is a complex service with a lot of options. As with many other services, it deserves a book of its own and it would be hard to cover all options in a single chapter. We are going to concentrate on the most important ones that will help you instantly increase your security.
