With the IBM SmartCloud Storage Access solution, the storage resources will be displayed as unified resource pools with different service levels. Users no longer need to know the exact location of their files and there is no more need to configure the underlying storage subsystems manually. All storage resources are still well monitored and the cloud administrators can easily track the historical storage resource usage.
