In order to get started start exploring the Google Vision and to write a program using the services exposed by Google vision, the following are required to be setup, so we can get our hands dirty:

• A Google Cloud Platform account
• A Project on Google Cloud Console
• The latest version of Android Studio
• A mobile phone running Android 5.0 or higher
