Chapter 26. Everything You Need to Know About Outlook Web Access Client
IN THIS CHAPTER
Many users found previous versions of the Outlook Web Access (OWA) client a good client substitute when they didn't have access to the full Outlook client. With OWA in Exchange 2003, however, many organizations are finding the Web client to have all the features needed to make OWA a primary messaging client for many users in an organization.
With this new version, Microsoft successfully incorporated some of the most frequent customer requests for changes to OWA. This chapter focuses on helping Exchange 2003 administrators and OWA users get to know how to leverage the capabilities of Outlook Web Access. It is written with both new users and users familiar with OWA in mind and therefore includes both basic instructions for how to use OWA and directions for how to use the new and advanced features of OWA. Descriptions of the new features are discussed throughout, so to fully discover all the new features, read the chapter from start to finish.
