The objective is to create a subset of data frame by taking only those flights that have more than 30 minutes delay. In other words, the subset will contain all the variables from the original dataset, but fewer rows that satisfy the condition that departure delay is more than 30 minutes. We have used USAairlineData2016 for this recipe.
