Fear is perhaps the most primitive emotion we have. Because of its survival focus, it quickly takes over our thoughts and drives our behavior.

This part looks at how you can build up your emotional intelligence to better manage your everyday emotions and use difficult emotions, such as anger, to your benefit. From there, we talk about the role of anxiety in avoidance behavior and how you can give up self-defeating behaviors such as passivity and procrastination that ultimately make your anxiety worse.
