In this chapter, we covered the common process of creating a visualized query, starting from choosing and connecting to a Data Source, and then validating the connection. Afterward, we created the query and visualized it, and in the end added it to a dashboard.

The whole purpose of this chapter was to demonstrate the simplicity and the ease of use of Redash for digesting and visualizing your data. Based on the examples we covered in this chapter, you now have the initial tools to demonstrate Redash to your peers/managers.

The next couple of chapters will do a more thorough coverage of Data Sources, the query editor, and visualizations.
