Through choosing to focus on student’s social-emotional leadership, you have started to develop youth who are in charge of themselves and their own actions (Leading Self), youth that are able to work well with their peers (Leading with Others), and youth who have the skills to build a better future (Changing Your World). In developing competence in the fourteen leadership attributes, youth will be able to engage and motivate others to face the complex challenges of the 21st century.
