Shivaji Das is the managing director – Asia Pacific and Partner with Frost & Sullivan. He has over 17 years of experience in strategy consulting with specialization in areas such as new business models, emerging technologies, and innovation and has provided strategic direction to a diverse set of clients across the US, Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Shivaji is the author of four travel memoirs and photography books. His other books include the Amazon number one best-seller The Other Shangri-La by Konark Publishers (India, US). Shivaji's work has been featured in Time, the Economist, the BBC, Asian Geographic, and more. He is the conceptualizer and director of the biennial Global Migrant Festival, a cultural festival showcasing issues related to refugees and low-wage migrant workers. He is currently based in Singapore.
Aroop Zutshi is the global managing partner and executive board member at Frost & Sullivan. Over his management consulting career spanning 30 years, Aroop has been instrumental in Frost & Sullivan's global expansion across 38 countries. He is a thought leader in the industrial automation and mobility industries and is regularly featured in the global media, including CNBC, the BBC, Bloomberg, and TV Asia, to name a few. He has spoken at various industry forums such as WEF, SPS Show, Growth Innovation Leadership Council, and more. Aroop works with Fortune 500 companies in designing their growth strategies. He is passionate about leadership skills and has recently developed a one-of-a-kind leadership coaching program. An avid traveler, having visited more than 80 countries worldwide, Aroop has learned the art of working in different subcultures and has tried over 100 types of cuisines.
Janesh Janardhanan is a senior director with Frost & Sullivan. Over the last 17 years, Janesh has advised clients in the Asia Pacific region, the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe on best-in-class growth strategies in industries including the environment, energy, aerospace, defense, security, transportation, and logistics. He also advises government agencies on policy formulation and roadmaps. Janesh has been featured on the BBC, CNBC, NHK, Straits Times Singapore, Business Times Singapore, Economic Times India, Khaleej Times Middle East, and more. Janesh is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and the National University of Singapore. He is currently based in Singapore.
