Writing a book of such a scope seemed daunting at the beginning. There were 15 contributing organizations from around the world to coordinate with, their leadership teams, legal teams, corporate communications teams, all the way to their boards in some cases. Writing a book during the pandemic presented its own unique challenges, given that everyone's lives, including ours, were filled with many ups and downs.
