Chapter 10. Custom Drawing

OpenLaszlo comes with a vast collection of ready-to-use components that make development more rapid. However, there are times when you want to draw custom shapes. Custom drawing is possible in OpenLaszlo through the LzDrawView class. This chapter will show you how to use the LzDrawView class to draw lines, rectangles, ovals, arcs, and quadratic curves. You will also learn how to fill shapes with colors and create gradient colors.
