Your social media toolkit has to be complete to cover all the bases for monitoring and reporting on activity. We have utilized a number of different tools throughout the book. Some are multifunctional and some are very specific. The tools listed here are by no means the complete set of what is available, and with the quickly changing landscape of social media, some of these will be gone in a year or expand their capabilities. New tools will be coming on the market rapidly as well, so you have to keep up with your research for the types of tools you need.
