The Community Manager and the Human Resources department have to be the leaders in disseminating the company’s social media policy. IT Security cannot enforce restrictions that have not been clearly defined by the community management team, Human Resources, Legal, and Marketing. IT’s job is to implement the tools and techniques to make sure that employees follow the organization’s requirements.
