Chemistry is a mystery.
Opposites attract. And repel. Sometimes good friends work well together. Sometimes they don’t.
You never know when you put a team together if it’s going to jell and become something better than its parts, or if it’s going to separate and become something less than its parts.
But if something isn’t working, don’t compound your mistake by leaving it alone. Change it.
Just as there is always a better idea, so there is always a better team.
