About the author

Prof. Dr. Robert Nothhelfer
holds a degree in economics from the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg, Germany. His doctoral thesis involved the development of models for learning in organizations. After working many years for Lidl in the retail industry and for the Schwarz- Group, he has taught business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Pforzheim since 2014. He focuses on finance and accounting as well as compliance and sustainability management. On a part-time basis, he provides consulting services as a monitoring trustee in a partnership with his brother Wolfgang (www.noconpartners.com).
